The Gorenc Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions of the Gorenc d.o.o. havebeen compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), thePersonal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), the EU’s General Data ProtectionRegulation (GDPR) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

Protection of personal data
Personal data protection
The Gorenc online store is committed to the permanent protection of allthe personal data of its users.
The personal data manager is Gorenc d.o.o., Gerbičeva ulica 100, 1000Ljubljana. The company collects and processes that data in accordance with thelaws governing the protection of personal data and in accordance with internalrules on the protection of personal data. The data manager shall only use yourpersonal data for the purposes for which your personal consent was given, andwill not forward those data to third parties. You may contact Gorenc d.o.o.,Gerbičeva ulica 100, 1000 Ljubljana, as personal data manager, by post, emailat info@gorenc.eui or by calling +386 1 256 60 07 for all information regardingthe processing of personal data and regarding your rights as an individual asthey relate to personal data (the right to access to and the rectification orerasure of personal data, the right to the restriction of processing, the rightto data portability and the right to object).
The data manager shall only use the aforementioned personal data for theneeds of fulling orders (e.g. the sending of informative materials, offers andinvoices) and for other required communications with users.
The personal data of visitors to the Gorenc online store shall only bestored until an order has been filled. The following data of visitors to theGorenc online store are collected: name and surname, email address, contacttelephone number, primary address and delivery address, country of residence,time and date of registration, and a record of communications with the Gorenconline store. Only data in connection with an individual order are stored afteran order has been filled. Access to those data is only possible with knowledgeof an invoice number and order number.
